John Howard is a 2x entrepreneur who co-founded and led a consumer electronics company (Duron; acquired in 2014 by RAL Group) and a B2B SaaS online education company (Jhana; acquired in 2018 by Franklin Covey). He currently advises multiple startup CEOs and is starting a new B2B SaaS online education product as an intrapreneur within MIT’s Office of Digital Learning.

In this E-Seminar, John will share the story of how he determined which initial customer segment to focus on for each of his startups, share some suggestions on how you can find a promising segment for your startup, and answer your questions.
